From lifestyle and brand photography to commercial shoots, film and social content, the Grounds offer room to create—and plenty of visual variety.

We’re beginning to open the Grounds for intimate gatherings, workshops and select private experiences. Set across more than an acre, the property offers open lawns, mature gardens, a forest-lined backdrop, a classic little barn, and two vine-covered pergolas. CELEBRATE
Milestones • Showers • Intimate Celebrations
We’re also beginning to explore smaller celebrations at the Grounds—beautiful, personal occasions that don’t need a traditional event venue to feel special. Think bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, engagement celebrations, family milestones and intimate dinners surrounded by lawn, gardens and trees. We’re intentionally starting small while we learn what works beautifully here.

Rather than deciding exactly what this property should become, we’re opening the gates and inviting a small group of people to help us discover it. Creators. Hosts. Dreamers. People with an idea and the imagination to see what could happen here. The Founding Collective is our invitation to be part of the earliest chapter of The Russell Grounds.

We’re inviting a small group of photographers, filmmakers, event planners, stylists, content creators and other creative professionals to be among the first to create at The Russell Grounds. Explore the property. Dream up a shoot. Bring a client. Style something beautiful. Show us something we haven’t imagined yet.
Founding Creators will receive preferred introductory access and pricing, opportunities for portfolio and styled shoots, flexibility to experiment throughout the property, early access to new spaces and opportunities for future collaboration. In exchange, we ask for permission to share selected imagery created at the Grounds, with full creator credit, as we begin telling the story of what this place can become.
This isn’t an ambassador program. It’s an invitation to come make something.

We’re looking for a limited number of people who want to be among the first to gather, celebrate and create experiences at The Russell Grounds. Think long-table dinners beneath the trees. Birthdays on the lawn. Creative workshops. Showers. Team gatherings. Retreats. Private celebrations. Or something completely different.
Founding Hosts will receive special introductory pricing and the opportunity to work collaboratively with us while the Grounds are still in their earliest chapter. For select inaugural bookings, we may offer up to 50% off our future standard property rate in exchange for permission to photograph, film and share portions of the setup and experience in The Russell Grounds portfolio.
